Terms of Service


vLinx is not an MLM, down line builder, forced matrix, pyramid scheme or ponzi scheme in any way and does not offer memberships and does not require any type of membership purchase. Based on our business model we DO NOT need new advertisers to pay previous members in any way. Our business plan is simple; our advertisers pay us for guaranteed page view to their sites and we take some of those profits to pay you to view those sites. The purpose of this bonus program is to reward advertisers for viewing and visiting the products and services of other Advertisers, thus creating an internal network beneficial to all vLinx Unit and their businesses.

Please read the following rules and terms of the vLinx service very carefully before joining. We've tried to keep them as short and simple as possible so they would be easy to understand and follow.

  1. GENERIC TOS
    1.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to participate and must provide vLinx.com with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address and email address. You agree to receive emails from vLinx Marketing and Administration. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone.


  2. MEMBER ACCOUNT
    2.1 You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account.

    2.2 You may refer other people in your household but we do accept only ONE member PER computer.

    2.3 If you have forgotten your user information all you need to simply do is request for it on the following page to be e-mailed to you:

    2.4 You must have a valid e-mail address and valid AlertPay account to register with our program. All e-mail addresses are periodically checked and the system will not let you login without validating at least your e-mail address.

    2.5 You may not modify your email or password yourself for security reason; You should request changes via our support system.

    2.6 Any account modification request is charged $0.50 directly to your account.

    2.7 You agree to be contacted by the administrator or by your upline not more than once a week.


  3. FORUMS AND CHAT
    3.1 Only registered vLinx members are allowed to read and post in our Forums and chat.

    3.2 You must respect other users in the Forum and in the Chat under the penalty of being banned from them if you don't.

    3.3 All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals and money exchange/requests are prohibited in Forum posts and topics and in the Chat.


  4. REFERRALS
    4.1 You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income those that you DIRECTLY refer.

    4.2 Our current rates for referrals activity are the following:
    - Referral earning up to 20 refs as Free $0.005; $0.01 as PRO member.
    - Referral earning 20 up to 100 refs as Free $0.003; $0.007 as PRO member..
    - Referral earning 100 up to 500 refs as Free $0.002; $0.005 as PRO member..
    - Referral earning over 500 refs as Free $0.001; $0.002 as PRO member..

    - Purchased referrals (unlimited) earning as Free member $0.005; $0.01 as PRO member.

    - New Referral upon signup as Free $0.02, New Referral upon signup as PRO $0.05.

    - Referral upgrade 5% commission for both, Free and PRO members.

    4.3 The clicks that You earn from referrals are directly related to the clicks that you make. The maximum that you will receive is twice the clicks per referral on the day after your clicks. So, for example, if on average your referrals click 10 ads today you have to had clicked 5 advertisements on the previous day.
    The calculation used is 'Maximum_Referral_Clicks_Earned_Today = (Your_Clicks_Yesterday * 2 * Number_of_Referrals)'.

  5. PROMOTING VLINX
    5.1 Members are encouraged to promote vLinx in a legal and ethical fashion. However, be aware that any of the following methods of promotion will result in immediate in termination of your account, loss of earnings and credits, and/or prosecution:

    a) Making false representations to lure new advertisers.
    b) Using any form of SPAM or UCE, including bulk email or SPAM posting to forums, lists, pop-up ads, pop-under ads, unsolicited instant messages or newsgroups where such postings are not welcome.
    c) Representing vLinx as an investment of any kind will be grounds for IMMEDIATE termination of account and potential grounds for legal action.

    5.2 You are not an employee of vLinx and you are not an independent contractor for vLinx. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or vLinx has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.

  6. PAYMENTS
    6.1 All payments are made via AlertPay and no other payment method is being used at this time.

    6.2 Withdrawal requests will be issued within 15 business days to PRO members and within 30 Business days to Free members.

    6.3 You can request for payment once your account balance is $3.00 or more for your first withdrawal. The second will be $6.00, the third $9.00 and so on. Payments will be processed and issued as per order of request, with PRO members having priority. All payments are issued via AlertPay only.

    6.4 Free members are required to join our sister site WorkFor3Dollars - The easy $3 Matrix System after their second withdrawal in order to be eligible for their next withdrawals.
    Free members are also invited to post their payment screenshot in our Forums under the "Payment Proof" section in order to get paid faster the next time that they request to cashout

    6.5 You can only request one payment at the time.

    6.6 By joining vLinx, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.

    6.7 We accept other forms of payment than AlertPay from advertisers: LibertyReserve AlterGold and e-gold..

    6.8 Advertising fee, upgrade fee and referral purchase fee are non refundable under any circumstance.

    6.9 Each Upgrade must be made with your own money. We do not allow/permit any form of compounding.

  7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION/SUSPENSION
    7.1 We have the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.

    7.2 The use of so called "auto-clickers" programs/software is strictly prohibited and will be ground for IMMEDIATE termination of account.

    7.3 If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice and your e-mail will be kept to be posted on the future "hall of shame".

    7.4 Promoting our website as descripted at 5.1a, 5.1b or 5.1c is ground for immediate termination of account.

    7.5 If You don't login to your account for over 30 days, your account will be suspended

  8. TOS CHANGE
    We have the right to change our terms of service at anytime without prior consent or notice. Latter notices will be posted via the vLinx stats area or e-mailed to you.
